A private shared-vision experience

Ready. Willing. Able.

This is a space for reflection, candor and possibility. Before we decide where we are going, we are making room to understand where we are—and what each of us believes is possible when we make the intentional choice to fully show up.

ReadyPrepared to listen, reflect and tell the truth about what is needed.
WillingOpen to imagine differently, contribute honestly and move beyond familiar barriers.
AbleCommitted to turning insight into action that can strengthen the whole Council.

Building Our Shared Vision

What can the NCC become when we build it together?

This experience is designed to understand why members participate, the value NCC can uniquely provide, what is helping or getting in the way, and what we may be positioned to build together.

This is not about predetermining the strategy. It is about beginning with the voices, experiences, expertise and aspirations of the people who make up the Council. Each of us enters this work from more than one place: as representatives of organizations and as people. You will be invited to name the lens you are bringing so we can better understand the story behind the data.

Opening Reflection

Ready, Willing and Able

When we make the intentional choice to fully show up, we are invited to see beyond barriers and consider what could become possible.

Section 1

Why We Are Here

We begin with purpose—what brought you here, what keeps you here, and what makes your participation worthwhile.

There is no wrong answer. We simply want to understand the perspective behind your responses.
Select all that apply.
Section 2

What NCC Could Become

This section invites us to think beyond current structures and imagine the unique value NCC could create.

Select up to three.
Section 3

What Helps—or Gets in the Way

We are interested in processes and structures, not personalities. Where are the opportunities to make participation clearer, easier and more valuable?

Section 4

What We Are Willing to Build

A shared vision becomes meaningful when we are clear about what we can contribute, what we need and what deserves action.

Your response will be used to identify themes for reflection and co-creation. The focus of the group discussion will be collective insight, not individual attribution.

Closing Commitment

Your Offering

Every shared vision needs people willing to make it real. This final reflection helps us understand where energy, ownership and possibility may already exist.

Thank you for helping shape what comes next.

Your perspective is part of the shared vision. The next step is to bring the themes back to the NCC for reflection, discussion and co-creation.
